Eventide: Slavic Fable and The Bunker both launched on theXbox Onetoday and both titles can now be bought, downloaded, and played on the console.
Eventide: Slavic Fable is a fantasy adventure title and boasts a heavy dose of inspiration from Slavic muthology and legends. A free demo is available in the Windows Store for those interested in checking the game style out before investing in the full version. Here’s the official game description: “Eventide: Slavic Fable is an exciting adventure game inspired by Slavic mythology. Set in a contemporary heritage park where mythical Slavic creatures co-exist with humans, the adventure begins when the protagonist, a famous botanist, receives an alarming invitation from her grandmother, the park’s curator. The protagonist is tasked with saving an endangered plant, but this turns out to be the least of her concerns…”

The Bunker is an intense live action video game experience created by the writer and designers behind The Witcher, SOMA, and Broken Sword. The game stars Adam Brown (The Hobbit), Sarah Greene (Penny Dreadful), and Grahame Fox (Game Of Thrones) and was all filmed on location in a real-life bunker. The game is entirely made through film editing and no CGI was used.
Here’s the official game description: “As the last remaining survivor in a nuclear bunker, John’s daily routine is the one thing that keeps him sane. But when an alarm goes off, his mind starts to self-destruct. Venture into long forgotten areas, recover repressed childhood memories and unlock the dark secrets of The Bunker. The Bunker is a completely live-action experience, filmed on location in a decommissioned government nuclear bunker with a plot crafted by writers behind The Witcher, SOMA and Broken Sword.”
