While the Tweet offers us no specifics on the situations, it is now apparent that Microsoft is hard at work at bringing Cortana over to Xbox One. With no release date for this functionality as of yet,Microsoft has still previously confirmedthat Cortana functionality on Xbox one will require a Kinect sensor.
Until release, you can stay tuned to us here at WinBeta for further details on the situation. We will most definitely update you once Cortana officially launches on Xbox One.
