This year Microsoft has rolled out a series of important updates for its Surface Pro devices, all three of them that is. Let’s take a look and see what’s new.The biggest updates have been rolled out for the Surface Pro 3 devices but the overall aim of these updates is to improve the graphics and security experience. The updates are visible in the updates history under the name “System Firmware Update – 1/15/2015”. These firmware updates cannot be uninstalled or reverted to an earlier version.

The Surface updates are delivered in stages to Surface customers. This means that not every Surface will receive the update at the same time. If you have not received the update, you can manually check Windows Update and, of course, install it manually.
