A few weeks agowe delivered you the news that Windows gamers would get to give Fallout 4’s mod tools a beta test. Today, we can report to you that the same mods will be heading to Xbox One in a closed beta once thenext Fallout 4 expansion packhits the Xbox store on May 19th.

The announcement was first made on the Bethesda Game Studios Twitter account, but tweet also mentions a milestone from the PC version of the mods, which have hit 1 million downloads in just two weeks.As per IGN, though,players on the PS4 will have to wait another month for mod support, when they will be given the ability to create the own mods or download them from Bethesda.net.
The mods system has always been a very important part of the Fallout 4 experience, and after releasing a mods creation kit on PC, the team over at Bethesda have kept that principle in mind over the last few months.
