Arcade games have always been my favorites. I’m not much of a hardcore gamer so I prefer to get my hands on games which I can play in my free time, and don’t have to worry about unlocking stuff, beating villans, finding hidden chests, and what not. Gear Gauntlet appears to be one such game, although it’s not yet officially available, but the trailer of the game sounds promising, and addictive (viaMajor Nelson).

As a player, you just have to use your reflexes to survive by breaking through barriers and obstacles, collecting items on the way and getting points to stay on top. You can check out the trailer of the game to get a glimpse of what it’s all about.

The game description says:

Test your patience through ever more punishing gauntlets while boosting, teleporting, reversing and rotating to survive. Use your reflexes to break through coloured barriers and earn your place on the leaderboard.

Head over to theXbox One Store to grab the game— it costs $9.99. The game is available for pre-download but you won’t be able to play it until the official release date, which is April 15th.
