Today, Microsoft announced a new feature using Cortana with Microsoft Edge. The latest update to Edge adds the Cortana feature to get the latest deals on products on retailers’ websites like Best Buy, Staples, and Macy’s. When you visit these three retailer websites, Cortana will appear in the address bar armed with a coupon for the latest deals. You should see something like this:At the moment, it looks like this new Cortana coupon feature is only available for the websites for Best Buy, Staples, and Macy’s, but it is likely other retailers will follow suit as this is a good way to increase exposure for retailers everywhere. The coupon feature may not be available for everyone just yet, as Microsoft is just starting to roll out the new Edge feature. If you want to check out if you have already received the Edge update, all you need to do is visitBest Buy,Staples, orMacy’swebsites through Microsoft Edge. If Cortana doesn’t offer the coupon automatically, you can hold down Alt + C to bring up the coupon offer.
