Back in June, and right after E3, we reported on the fact that the Xbox One S wouldrequire a free Kinect Adapter. Today, we are happy to provide some additional details on how you will be able to get that free Kinect Adapter once the Xbox One S is released.

To register for the free adapter, all you will need is an existing Xbox One console, an Xbox One Kinect, and an Xbox One S console. You must thengo to this web pagewith the serial number for each device on hand. To streamline the process, you can also head over toDevice Supportand make sure your Xbox One Console and Xbox One Kinect Sensor are registered to your Microsoft account.
