Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s multiplayer beta is expected to begin on October 14. Activision has announced its full schedule together with details for both of the consoles that the game will be released on. The PC version will, however, not have a beta preview and will launch later on, as reported byGameSpot.

The multiplayer beta will not be continuously available, but will be partially released. You will be able to play it starting at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET on October 14 on PS4 for people who pre-ordered. The preview will stop working on Monday coming thereafter. The next weekend, the beta vill be playable on both Xbox OneandPS4 for those who pre-ordered on October 21 through Monday, October 24 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET.

When Activision was testing Black Ops: III, they eventually opened the beta up to everyone, on all platforms, regardless of pre-order status. There is hope that this could repeat, but no official statement regarding that matter has been disclosed.

The beta content will be announced “in the coming weeks”. No official word has been said about what this content is and what it will feature. We shall find out soon enough.

Infinite Warfare will come with a free copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The remastered edition of Modern Warfare seems to have a lot more hype than Infinite Warfare itself does.

Infinite Warfare launches on November 4.
