TheXbox Onehas been selling in a variety of stores for very cheap prices recently. A variety of bundles are being sold on store shelves with combinations of games that take a significant bit off of the regular sale price for each game and piece of hardware and now, with rumors swirling of anew slimmer Xbox One model coming in 2016and amore powerful edition in 2017, more stores appear to be trying to get rid of the current Xbox One model.
Groupon currently has an offerfor the Xbox One 1TB Console with Rainbow Six: Siege Bundle at an $80 discount (20% off the regular price). This bundle comes with the Xbox One console with one terabyte of built-in memory, one wireless controller, one copy of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege, full digital downloads of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas 2, one chat headset, and 14 free days of the Xbox Gold Live service which is needed for online multiplayer gaming and a variety of other features.
For Australians, leaked informationhas revealed details of a Big W games sale that’s due to begin on June 16th. Interestingly, this is two days after Microsoft’s E3 presentation where the company is expected to announce its future Xbox One hardware. Big W is expected to sell a 500GB Xbox One bundle with three games for AU$299, which is a fantastic price. If a new Xbox One is announced, this discount would make a lot of sense as once word spreads, very few people would want to buy the current version of the console. Woolworths (the company behind Big W)has since requested the details of the sale be removed, which is understandable.
Are you thinking of buying an Xbox One console or will you wait to see what Microsoft announces at E3? Let us know in the comments below.
