Microsoft India has announcedthat it has formed a strategic alliance with PwC India to help empower the digital transformation of large and mid-sized organizations in India. As part of the alliance, Microsoft’s technology expertise and PwC’s strategy capabilities will be leveraged across sectors and competencies.
Also as part of the alliance, PwC will join Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider program, ultimately allowing them to provide their advisory and other solutions at scale, and more securely, to all customers. PwC is a network of firms in 157 countries with more than 223,000 people who are committed to delivering quality in assurance, advisory and tax services. In India, the group has offices in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune. Bhaskar Pramanik the Chairman, Microsoft India expressed excitement for the partnership has to offer for cloud adoption in India, and said:
“We are excited to partner with PwC. They will be the first Advisory company who will be part of the Microsoft Cloud Services Program in India. Organisations and communities in India recognise the transformative power of technology and see it as an enabler to amplify the change that we all seek. The combination of Microsoft’s cloud offerings and PwC’s reach across India, will accelerate cloud adoption in India and enable the digital transformation of businesses.”
Additionally, under the alliance, Microsoft’s productivity, personal computing solutions and intelligent cloud computing platforms would be complemented by PwC’s expertise across Strategy & Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, Big Data & Analytics, Cyber Security, Tax solutions and Compliance. Then, in turn, PwC will extend Microsoft’s outreach to organizations of all sizes and across many industries.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
