While Bing is not as popular as Google, we can say the in the United States, this application now owns 21.9% of the desktop search market. Back in June 2016, the application had 21.8% of the desktop search market, which means that only in one month, the application’s popularity has increased by 0.1%.

Bing is now in second position but is still far away from Google, which has 63.4% of the search market in the United States. However, it is good to know Google decreased by 0.4% last month.

In third position we find Yahoo! with an increase of 0.2% in the last month. The fourth position is occupied by Ask with 1.5% and finally AOL search, with 1.1% of the search market.

Google will have the leading position for a while but in time, we might see Bing closing in on it. However, let’s not forget Bing was released by Microsoft back in 2009, whileGooglehas existed since 1998.

Do you use Bing to search for information online, or do you prefer Google because you’re used to it and you think it’s more reliable?
