Two months ago, the Xbox Holiday Update for Xbox One consoles and the cross-platform Xbox app broughtseveral new social features on Xbox Liveincluding group messaging, Looking for Groups and Clubs. The last of these features was one of the most interesting additions: with Clubs, users can easily create or join gamer communities to share gaming tips and more, which could really help the Xbox app to become a true gaming hub on all devices.

However, the Club chat experience on the Xbox app is not so great as of today as the feature is not easily accessible by users: to use Club chat, users have to go to the Clubs section on the Xbox app, choose one of their Clubs and then select the “chat” section, which is a lot of steps to follow for a quick community chat. Fortunately, it seems that Microsoft is aware of it as Xbox exec Mike Ybarra shared on Twitter that the Xbox team is “working to make Club chat very easy on Windows and Mobile.”

Microsoft seems really committed to make its Xbox app a great way for socializing within the Xbox community, and we can’t wait to see what the Xbox team has in the pipeline. Do you often use Club chat, and do you also think that the feature could be improved on the Xbox app? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
