Microsoft Outlook is an excellent email client with dedicated apps for all major platforms. Ever since the company changed its strategic decisions, we’ve seen the folks at Redmond release updates and apps for rival mobile operating systems. With the latest update, Microsoft has extended Outlook App support to Apple Watch, allowing users to stay up-to-date with the emails and calendar entries from their wrist.
It’s not just about checking your emails, you can even send replies from your Apple Watch if it’s urgent by selecting from a list of pre-written replies. There’s also voice dictation and emoji support for sending emails. Users can also create custom notifications to help them sift through the information they receive.
Overall, the Outlook app for the Apple Watch looks like what you’d expect from Outlook, which is a compliment. Microsoft appears to have done a good job fitting their email and calendaring client into very different form factor in the shape of the Apple Watch.
At the end of the change log for the app, Microsoft also dropped a cryptic hint about upcoming features in Outlook for non Apple Watch users “PS: Psst, don’t have an Apple Watch? Don’t worry, we have plenty of cool new features coming your way very soon.” It doesn’t say anything specific about the features but as the app was updated today, that hint has to be for some features that are yet to be released.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
