A month ago,we covered the newsthat Gig Jam was opening up the invitation process for its preview. At the time, access to the app was being given to anybody who had signed up for the preview beforehand. If you still didn’t end up getting access to the preview afterwards, you’re now in luck – GigJam’s preview is nowopen to everybodyon Windows PCs, Mac, and iOS devices regardless of whether or not you’ve received an invite.
GigJam allows users to share some of your work with business partners, collaborating on documents in a way that lets you hide select portions of sensitive information and add information that might be pertinent. For people who have been looking for a new way to open up collaboration with people, GigJam seems like it’s going to be a valuable addition to the Office roster of apps.
While the app is still technically in its preview right now (full release is targeted for later this year) it’sready to gofor the people who are ready to deal with a few bugs. The app runs on Windows 8.X PCs and above, OS X, and iOS (link below). An Android version is in the works, and there’s no news on a Universal Windows App version.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
