The team working at Microsoft’s Legal & Corporate Affairs (LCA) has, for some time, been using an in-house program by the name of “Matter Center” in order to run things at their office. Matter Center seamlessly mixes the features of Office 365 (programs like Microsoft Word and Outlook) and creates a suite of features invaluable to law firms, organizing legal documents at any time, from any place.Matter Center allows law firms to boost productivity by allowing them to collaborate on projects with coworkers or clients simultaneously, keeping track of changes with version control and easily sharing documents. The new legal suite also allows users to protect sensitive information, making sure that access to documents is restricted to only the users that should be able to view or edit them. On top of that, law firms can tag important documents in case they need to be frequently revisited.Matter Center is a tool built around offering legal firms the efficiency they need to get their work done correctly. The toolkit has already been tested among 200 different law firms, and with the feedback received from that test run, Microsoft believes that Matter Center isready for the public to use. Microsoft is currently rolling out Matter Center for customers and partners, as well as more than 1,200 Microsoft legal professionals worldwide. This is just another piece of software Microsoft is offering to the public to make businesses run more efficiently. The company’s dedication to making people’s lives easier is clear and present, and this suite of tools is sure to help any legal firm that has been struggling to stay organized. If your organization wants to try Matter Center for itself, you can visitthe Matter Center websiteto find out more about how you can start implementing its features.

Radu Tyrsina has been a Windows fan ever since he got his first PC, a Pentium III (a monster at that time).
For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
