Amazon.com is trying to create a new tradition by offering “more deals than Black Friday” In an event they’re callingAmazon Prime Day, taking place today, July 15th. A number of other retailers, including Walmart, have jumped on the bandwagon to promote their own 1 day sales, trying to counter Amazon’s marketing coup. Not to be left out,Microsoft Stores has joined the fray and is offering a set of 1 day only deals of its own, including up to 53% off on laptops, up to 80% off on some headphones and accessories, up to 70% off on Xbox games, and deals on phones, monitors, and more.
In addition, Microsoft Stores are offering free two day shipping, with no minimum order required, so it’s a great time to take advantage of the snowball effect that Amazon has created and get yourself some new tech goodies just in time for Windows 10.
