Microsoft has apparently filed a trademark application for a new game called “Screamride.” Not much is known about Screamride, except that it will be an online computer game. Could it be for the PC, or the Xbox platform? Who knows! Microsoft won’t offer any details on it.

Microsoft routinely files for trademarks, so this name doesn’t necessarily mean that a game called Screamride is in development. The trademark application was filed on April 9th with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. “Microsoft often acquires various trademarks as part of its ongoing business strategy, but beyond that we have no comment,” thecompany statedin a statement.

E3 2014 is nearly upon us (it takes place June 10th), so perhaps we might learn more about Screamride then. What could Screamride be about?
