Summer is officially underway, and that means job hunting season has started for fresh out of college graduates. Luckily, for these folks, Microsoft has created a package of resources, inspiration, and advice to help college graduates stand out with recruiters and hiring managers in today’s job market. All the materials are available atoffice.com/dreamjob, and come after Microsoft commissioned a survey of 1,000 18 to 25-year-olds and asked for their thoughts on the job search process.

Additionally, the survey also found that many new job seekers have high hopes of landing a job in hot markets like New York, San Francisco and Seattle. Of course, those surveyed also expressed the fact that they wanted meaningful work where they could express themselves creatively.
