Sleep Number, the manufacturer of smart and adjustable beds, has released a new update to its SleepIQ app for iOS and Android devices, according to WinSuperSite. If you’re not familiar with it, the company’s SleepIQ technology tracks your sleep patterns to “empower you to make changes for your best possible sleep.” With this new update, the app now integrates with several health and wellness apps such as Microsoft Health, Fitbit, Withings and more. Here is the full changelog:
– Connect SleepIQ® to the following health & wellness apps: Fitbit, MapMyRun, Withings, Microsoft Health, Nest– Track your Sleep Number® bed order delivery (for new accounts)– WiFi control available for Sleep Number setting– General bug fixes
According to the new app description, the app is now able to “learn how life affects your sleep, and sleep affects your life.”
What should you change to sleep better? Over time, SleepIQ® will help you know. Whether you’re tracking steps, indoor temperature, hours of activity or more, SleepIQ will pair the data from these apps to your personalized sleep data and help you understand how what you do during the day affects how you sleep at night. By simply doing what you already do – and sleeping on your SLEEP NUMBER® bed with SleepIQ® technology – you’ll be on your way to optimizing your sleep for the best days possible.
If you own a Sleep Number bed, you can download the SleepIQ app from the download links below. Let us know in the comments if you will use these new integrations with popular quantified health apps to learn more about what’s impacting your sleep.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
