The name Skype may bring up visions of talking to long distance relatives over video, but there’s a whole lot more to it than that. In fact there’s a whole community of Skype Vloggers and viewers. In order toencourage creativity in that communitythe developers of Skype went to three “Superstar” Vloggers (Jamie Jo Blaine (BananaJamana), Anna Brisbin (Brizzy Voices), andAnna Akana) and asked each of them to create a story. Each girl had to create a story around the themes of diversity, acceptance and openness, and encouraged their viewers to suggest keywords that would guide the story. Then each of the stories was narrated by Anna, characters voiced by Brizzy and illustrated by Jamie Jo. The results weren’t too bad at all and you can see the three stories below.Skype is also the software of choice for theWinBeta podcast show hosted by Zac and Sean. You can check it out live every Friday at 3PM EDT. If you miss it, you can catchup by clicking theWinBeta Podcastlink at the top of every page.

Radu Tyrsina

Radu Tyrsina has been a Windows fan ever since he got his first PC, a Pentium III (a monster at that time).

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
