In case you’re looking for a good yet simple text-to-speech app, the Talkinator is now available in the Windows Store. This app will definitely come in handy for anyone who wants their computer to read to them and itis so simple that basically anyone can use it.

The developer of the app, Ikargo, stated the following:

“Talkinator is a simple Text-to-Speech-app that was made in a lost afternoon. While simplistic by design, the app can still be quite useful for those who want to have some lines of text spoken by an computer.”

All you need to do is to write a few words in its text box and Talkinator will read it for you. Of course, due to its simplicity, the app doesn’t offer a lot of options as you can’t change the voice of a narrator, for example.

Talkinator is a UWP app, which means it works perfectly on bothWindows 10andWindows 10 Mobile. There’s no mention of any cross-platform features just yet.

If you want to download Talkinator to your Windows 10 or Windows 10 Mobile device, you can do so for free fromthe Windows Store.
