Ridley Scott’s latest sci-fi action adventure movieThe Martian starring Matt Damon has landed in the Windows Store. This sci-fi movie was well received as being different from typical space dramas with large explosions and epic space battles. Instead, this space survival story focused on celebrating the ingenuity and human spirit of a scientist explorer stranded on Mars. The only way for him to hold out long enough for a rescue team and return home is to invent his way out of problem after problem. The movie was based on a best-selling self-published book by Andy Weir, a software engineer turned author. The movie is available for purchase in Windows Store for $14.99. Unfortunately, there is no discount for the SD version compared to the HD version, and the movie is not available as a rental. But if you are looking for a well reviewed sci-fi movie to watch with family and friends during the holiday, the Martian is a great pick. What movie in the Movies and TV app are you looking forward to this holiday weekend? For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
