Backwhen Windows 10 was launcheda year ago, it introduced virtual desktops to the Windows experience. As we havepreviously covered in our how-to guide, virtual desktops is a nifty feature which lets you organize and multitask when you have multiple programs, apps, or windows open. A Redditor, however, wants totake the experience to the next leveland has designed a tool to enhance the functionality of virtual desktops.
Available on Github, the Virtual Desktop Enhancer is designed to make using Windows 10 virtual desktops easier. While not exactly polished as of yet, it adds in three additional features to the experience. The first of these is an extra keyboard shortcut to navigate to a virtual desktop directly through the use of Left Alt and #’s 1-9. Next is the ability to set a custom wallpaper for each virtual desktop. Lastly is a new indicator in the tray area for the currently active desktop.
So, if you’re adventurous enough to try out the tool, be sure tohead over to Githubto find the files and instructions on how to use the tool. The developer hopes that it will become more polished as more folks use it, so the experience could improve in the future.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
