Time Warner Cable has taken it to Twitter to provide customers with reassurance that they are looking into an issue that is causing difficulties when accessing a Microsoft website. This announcement comes days after the cable giant reported a service outage.
“We’re currently looking into difficulties accessing Microsoft sites. Unfortunately, we do not have additional details presently,” the tweet stated. No word on exactly what is causing the issue, but customers are complaining that they were not able to access Office 365 servers, or download any Windows Updates. Connecting to Xbox Live was also an issue for some users.
This issue is likely resolved by now, but if you are a Time Warner Cable customer and are still having connectivity issues when trying to connect to Xbox Live or Office 365, we suggest sending a tweet to the @TWC_Help account. Time Warner Cable has yet to disclose what caused the issue, as the cable giant is currently investigating the outage. Let us know in the comments below if you were affected by this issue.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
