Microsoft has implemented a “Find my device” feature in Windows 10 build 10558 — a new build of Windows 10 which leaked onto the internet yesterday. Find my device is a useful feature that allows you to find your device is you lose it, allowing you to see it’s last known location. This feature doesn’t quite work yet in the leaked build, but we definitely see where Microsoft is going with this.

It looks like Enterprise users will be able to utilize the Windows Spotlight feature in Windows 10 after all. Windows 10 build 10558 was leaked yesterday and it features Windows Spotlight for those who are running Windows 10 Enterprise.

Back at Build 2015, Microsoft introduced a new Windows 10 lock screen experience. The new lock screen is designed to give the user the ability to provide feedback on the lock screen background image directly from the lock screen itself.The new lock screen feature, which Microsoft calls the Windows Spotlight, will not only show you beautiful images from Bing, but also images of Windows devices running certain apps for example. You can choose to ‘like’ or ‘not like’ the lockscreen images so you can curate the types of images which will be displayed on your lockscreen. So for example, if over time, you’ve ‘liked’ images of nature, you’ll start seeing more images of nature show up on your lockscreen, the same goes with pictures of kittens.Previously, Windows Spotlight was an exclusive feature to Windows 10 Home. After enough feedback from Microsoft, the company implemented the feature on Windows 10 Pro (as of the latest Windows Insider build) and now Windows 10 Enterprise as well.Stay tuned for more Windows 10 news coverage.
