Good news to all Insiders anticipating a new Preview build forWindows 10. Head of the Insider Program, Dona Sarkar just announced a new build for Windows 10 Preview. The new build goes by the number of 14931, and (although Dona didn’t mention it) will be available to Insiders on the Fast ring.

As usual, Dona teases us about a new build on Twitter, just a few hours before she ‘pushes the button,’ and releases the new build to Insiders. Here’s what she said this time:

#WIndowsInsiders: What am I looking at during our#WINsiders4GoodNigeria fellowship? A VERY feral#NinjaCatabout to pounce on14931!https://t.co/icVacfC6nI

Although features and improvements of this build are still unknown, we don’t expect any major changes, because it still counts as a ‘earlyRedstone 2build.’ Windows 10 Preview build 14931 will probably include a few new features, and some bug fixes. We also hope that the new build will solve at leastsome problems from the previous release. However, we’ll find out what it brings in a few hours, when the build gets officially released.

So far, interest in this build is pretty high, as users have already started asking about it onthe forums. Luckily for all those who are waiting for build 14931 to get released, they won’t have to wait for too long.

As always, we’re going to let you know when the build gets released, and write a few more articles about it, including our traditional error reporting piece. Stay tuned.
