Last week, Microsoftfinally released Build 14328to Windows Insiders, and it packed a significant number of new features. As usual, many users on theMy Digital Life forumshave posted about and investigated this new build, as they’ve done with many other prior builds.

One user,abbodi1406,examined build 14328’s EditionMatrix.xml file, leading the user to think that there would be new editions in RedStone RTM.  In the file, the userfinds the followingnew SKU’s:

According to the user, “ProfessionalCountrySpecific” would be a special Windows 10 Edition for China. The user also notes that regular core & professional can be upgraded to Professional Education, but other editions are separated.

This is no doubt an interesting find for anyone who needs to plan Windows 10 licensing for an educational organization, and it something we would love to hear your thoughts on.
