Even more screenshots and details of a much more recent build of Windows 9 have leaked onto the web today, further detailing a number of upcoming changes in Microsoft’s next major operating system. Build 9481, which was compiled recently is on the list of potentially becoming the Windows Technical Preview, and includes things such as a resizable Start Menu and more.
This build doesn’t differ too much from build 9834, which saw screenshots leak not too long ago. It still has the Start Menu, windowed apps, Virtual Desktops and more, however everything is just a little more polished. The article details the new Windows Insider Program, which will allow users to give feedback very easily. Windows will even produce popup’s when you’ve done certain tasks that they want feedback for.
The Start Menu can be accessed much like the Windows 7 Start Menu, by either pressing the Windows key on your keyboard or clicking on the on-screen Start button. You can pin apps to the tiles on the right hand side of the Menu, and access your most recently used apps from the left hand side.
The article continues to confirm that your average Windows 8.1 Modern UI apps work fine with Windows 9, and that the Charms are now accessible via the windowed title bar. Something weexclusively reportedon a few weeks a go.
Microsoft is on the verge of publicly announcing the Windows Technical Preview and distribute a public preview in which the company can receive feedback. The Technical Preview is set to include Virtual Desktops, a new Start Menu, Modern UI windows and much more. Check back at WinBeta daily for more Windows 9 news!

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
