The Division only launched a few days agoand it’s already begun to break sales records, having sold more copies in its first 24 hours than any other Ubisoft game in history.

Ubisoft’s co-founder and CEO, Yves Guillemot,said of the game’s successthat, “The launch of The Division is a tremendous achievement for Ubisoft, and demonstrates our unrivaled capacity to create fantastic new game brands and transform them into entertainment blockbusters. This is a momentous day for Ubisoft, but more importantly it marks the start of millions of players’ enduring engagement in The Division’s game world, which we are confident they will love.”

The Division isnow available on Microsoft’s Xbox One, PC, as well as Sony’s PlayStation 4. Ubisoft is one of the world’s largest game studios and has been behind successful franchises such as Assassin’s Creed and Just Dance.
